Updated NYC health code

The NYC DOH has Repealed and Reenacted the Radiation Control Rule (Article 175 of the NYC Health Code).

For diagnostic facilities using X-Ray there is a requirement to do quarterly phantom tests on your CR/DR system.

For dental facilities there is a whole set of rules regarding CBCT.
